	Ellie - Has Been Adopted!! My name is Ellie and I am described as a spayed female, sable Collie - Rough. The shelter thinks I am about 4 years old. Adopted Friday, July 23rd!
	Kayla and Rocky Kayla (purebred tricolor collie) and Rocky (lab-chow x) are about 10 years old. Their owner has to move and cannot find a place that will allow dogs. She wants to place both dogs together. She says: "They are the most loving animals to have around. They do not chew, dig, or anything else that is destructive. They have both been fixed years ago and have had all their shots." Rocky the mix has the personality of a lab and looks of a black chow. 	Shawna My name is Shawna and I am a white and tan Collie - Smooth Mix. The shelter staff think I am about 8 years old. The staff think I am a GREAT DOG and hope that I find a new forever home. NorCal Collie has spoken directly to the shelter about Shawna and they cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very special to the staff there. Update 04-07-2010 - Shawna is now being fostered by Big Dawgs Rescue in Livermore. She is a very sweet and polite girl that LOVES daily walks. She will make someone an EXCELLENT companion. 	Yukon My name is Julie and I am a volunteer for HALO (Homeless Animal Lifeline Organization) and SFSR (San Francisco Samoyed Rescue). I rescued a dog from the Shasta County Shelter and he is a collie-mix with (maybe) a little bit of Samoyed. I want to find him a great home because he is one of the best fosters that I have ever had in the last ten years. Yukon is neutered, micro-chipped, current on Rabies, DA2PP, and Bordatella. He does have heartworm, however, and I am taking him in for treatment this week. I am covering all of his vet expenses. This is a very special dog and he should have the best!
